How to remove yourself from Google Results about you
Google's "Results about you" tool can hide search results that show your phone number, home address or email. It hides search results; it does not delete the data on the sites themselves. Here's how to ask it to remove you, for free. You don't need Free My ID to do this.
Step by step
Sign in to your Google account.
Open the Results about you page.
Add your name, phone, home address and email so Google can look for them.
Ask Google to remove any results it finds. This hides search results; it does not delete the sites' data.
Opens myactivity.google.com, Google Results about you's own website.
We haven't been able to check these steps against Google Results about you's live page yet. Sites change their pages often, so if something looks different, follow what the page says.
Or let Free My ID do it
This one needs you to sign in or make an account, which Free My ID never does for you. It gives you a reminder with the link and these steps, and keeps track. Then it checks again later, because sites can list people again.
